1) Insert the cup by sitting on a european toilet seat, then you have to raise your leg a littile so that your muscles are relaxed. Then you fold the cup and slowly insert it.

2)After insertion rotate the cup by holding the bottom grip (not stem) to ensure that cup is opened properly

3)Repeat the same after going to washroom as well.Because bowel movements like peeing or pooping can sometimes displace the cup a little

4)For removing the cup, Wash your hands properly and pinch the bottom of the cup (not stem) for releasing suction and gently twist it and pull it out.

5) Empty the cup and rinse the cup before re-inserting. Kindly make sure to wash and sterilize the cup before and after the period cycle. You can use FemiSafe Sterilization cup for that.

You can fill in the sterilisation cup with boiling hot water and immerse the menstrual cup in it,close the lid of the sterilisation cup and shake it for few seconds.

Or what you can do is,fill the sterilisation cup with normal water,immerse the menstrual cup in it and microwave it without the lid for 30-45 seconds

Also note that, a menstrual cup would take atleast 3 menstrual cycle to adjust to your body.
