We use leading logistics partners to deliver across India. Depending on city,FemiSafe shall deliver your item at your doorstep in 5-7 business days once your order is confirmed.
For International orders,based on the shipping mode you choose,delivery time may vary between 5-14 working days
Cancellation by FemiSafe
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Can you cancel an order?
Of course!You can cancel your order within 24hours of order placement for a full refund .If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of order placement you will be eligible for a partial refund only especially if the item is already shipped. You can write to us at email@example.com or reply to the confirmation mail received from us or raise a request with the link at the bottom of this page.
Cancellation of order is not possible after your order is processed/item is shipped.
Can an item be exchanged or refunded?
Once delivered, we do not have a return,refund or exchange policy as our items are hygiene and personal care products.
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. But in rare case if an item is defected/damaged during shipment or transit or if we’ve delivered something wrong by accident, then your items will be replaced within 7 business days. A refund is only applicable for orders which weren’t delivered to the customer due to error from our end.

We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, FemiSafe shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
The following RULES apply to this Policy:
1. In case of a manufacturing defect, damaged caused during transit or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 24hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide a visual proof (an image) of the damaged product to FemiSafe and our team will provide a resolution within 3 business days.
2. In case if the item was undelivered/or delivered but not received,the customer shall notify us within 48 hours via email for a refund/redispatch.After 48 hours FemiSafe claims no liability.
Refund/redispatch shall be possible only after the undelivered item is returned to FemiSafe warehouse and a delivery dispute investigation is done which will require 8-10 working days as per standard policy of logistics partner.
n.b:If the item is undelivered due to incomplete address, unavailability of consignee or refusal of acceptance of order, the customer shall not be eligible for a refund and only a redispatch is possible and charges for the same shall be beared by them
3. The refund shall be initiated only upon receiving an email from the customer to email@example.com and after the undelivered item is returned to FemiSafe.Once the refund is initiated it shall be credited to the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card, or whichever available) that was used to make the purchase within 5-7 working days.
