I checked the size using your size finder. But you recommended small size but when I used it my cup went deep inside after some time. It was difficult for me to remove the cup later. So i think maybe I need a medium cup. So I think uyou can try to make the size finder more accurate.
I am writing to bring your attention an issue I faced with a recent order
Product: FemiSafe Menstrual Cup with Sterilizer
Order Date: July 1, 2025
Delivery Date: July 3, 2025
Firstly, I would like to express my satisfaction with the menstrual cup itself. I used the product for the first time on July 17th and found it to be very comfortable and effective.
However, I am disappointed with the quality of the sterilizer that came along with the cup. After using the menstrual cup, I followed the instructions to sterilize it. When I poured hot water into the sterilizer, it started leaking from the above bottom, which is unsafe and makes it unusable. This defeats the purpose of having a dedicated sterilizer and causes inconvenience and safety concerns.
Issue:
The sterilizer leaks hot water after pouring, making it unsafe and defective.
Requested Resolution: I kindly request a replacement sterilizer or a suitable solution for this issue at the earliest. I chose FemiSafe for its quality and reliability, and I trust your team will address this concern promptly.
Please let me know if you need any additional details or photographs/videos of the issue for verification.
Looking forward to your response.
I’ve been using the FemiSafe menstrual cup since I was 15. I’m turning 22 soon, and I can confidently say that switching to a menstrual cup has been one of the best decisions of my life.
Back in school, using sanitary napkins was a nightmare. I had to walk uphill every day, and the pads constantly gave me rashes and irritation. Worst of all, they often leaked onto my uniform, making those already tough school days even harder.
When I first started using the menstrual cup, it wasn’t very popular and people around me didn’t even know what it was. My mom was scared and hesitant. She tried to stop me from using it, worried about safety and unfamiliarity. But I had done my research and was determined to try it. I went ahead with my decision to use the FemiSafe menstrual cup, and now, she’s one of my biggest supporters. In fact, she proudly tells people how switching to a menstrual cup made her daughter’s life so much easier.
Interestingly, my elder sister is still a sanitary napkin user because she’s afraid to try the menstrual cup. But now it’s my mom who scolds her for not switching yet! I recently gifted her a FemiSafe menstrual cup, and I’m hoping she gathers the courage to use it soon. Mom often says, “My little one was very brave to switch to a menstrual cup at a time when hardly anyone had even heard of it.”
That courage definitely paid off. Just recently, I went on a 40 km trek while on my period, and I genuinely forgot I was even bleeding. No pain, no irritation, no leaks. Just complete comfort and freedom. People even ask me how I can be so comfortable and happy during my period, seeing me doing treks and everything while I’m on my periods—and my only answer is: “FemiSafe menstrual cup.”
I’ve even encouraged many of my friends and cousin sisters to make the switch, and they haven’t looked back since.
FemiSafe isn’t just about menstrual cups for me anymore. I recently tried their intimate wash and underarm roll-on too, and both turned out to be amazing! No strong artificial scents, no skin irritation, just clean, fresh, and effective.
Still, the menstrual cup will always remain my ultimate favorite. It changed my life. And I’ll forever be grateful to Femisafe.
