If you have mild cramps, this actually is a good product, but I don't think it will be good for severe cramps

decent for cramps
I always get bad cramps during my period and thought i could give this a go, it did nothing, i wasted my money and honestly i could have bought something worth it than this, really bad product save yourself from the trouble.
i used to use the amazon ones but this is a life saviour , good coverage absolutely love it
